At Vets PR, we are proud to offer pharmacy options both in our clinic and online. Our in-house pharmacy is fully stocked to ensure your pet receives the correct dosage and appropriate medications. All medications come from safe and reliable sources and are stored under proper conditions.

Medication Refill Request

You can request a medication refill in the following ways:

Please include your pet's name, your last name, the name of the medication and your cell phone number so we can notify you by text message when it is ready for pick up.

Recharging process:

1. We process your application as soon as we receive it. Please allow up to 72 hours for completion.
2. One pharmacy technician will prepare the medication and another will check it to ensure that everything is correct.
3. We will send you a text message to the number you provided when it is ready.
4. You will receive an invoice by email to pay securely online.
5. Once payment is made, you can pick up the medication at any time, we are available 24/7!

Online Pharmacy

Our online pharmacy is connected to our medical records, which facilitates the approval of diets and prescription medications. We offer:

• Notifications of product or pet food recalls.
• Access to coupons and offers that may not be available at other pharmacies.
